NAI NorCal in the News: From Custom Framing Store to Community Center

The Mary Alam Team recent sale of a former Aaron Brothers location at 5600 Geary Boulevard in San Francisco was featured in a Hoodline article announcing that the buyer plans to turn it into a Russian Jewish community center.

We were glad to be chosen to exclusively represent the seller in this transaction and were entrusted with the difficult task of selling a vacant commercial building during shelter-in-place orders. After producing multiple offers in a short period of time, the deal was awarded, for close to the asking price, to the Russian-speaking Jewish Community of SF Bay Area. This building was just the right fit for the congregation after their long search for a home in the Richmond area commonly known as “Little Russia.” We are thrilled to have helped the seller complete this sale at market pricing and look forward to seeing the vacant building transform into the congregation’s home base and become a staple of the community for years to come.
