James Kilpatrick and Seth Hubbert of NAI NorCal Complete Largest Q2’25 Retail Lease in All of San Francisco

San Francisco, CA – NAI Northern California is proud to announce that James Kilpatrick and Seth Hubbert of the Kilpatrick Team have successfully completed a long-term lease for the landmark 1000 Van Ness movie theater with Apple Cinemas. This achievement has been recognized in the CoStar Q2 2025 Power Broker Awards as the Top Lease in San Francisco.

The three-level, 92,724-square-foot entertainment venue boasts 14 auditoriums ranging from 96 to 251 seats, recently renovated with premium leather seating, modern finishes, upgraded projectors, screens, and advanced audiovisual systems. The space features IMAX and ACX — Apple Cinemas’ proprietary large-format experience with a larger screen, laser projection, and immersive Dolby Atmos sound — along with a spacious concessions area and a staff kitchen equipped with Type 2 hoods.
