Biography

Douglas Sharpe returns to NAI as Managing Director/Senior Vice President at the San Jose office of NAI Northern California. As a recent addition from Grubb & Ellis and a former Senior Vice President for NAI from 2003-2007, Mr. Sharpe’s major projects have included acquisitions and dispositions for public organizations, private high net worth individuals, and Fortune 500 Companies. He has supported multi-market relocations, strategic development planning, implementation of occupancy cost reduction strategies, and advanced lease renewals. Mr. Sharpe’s practice is based on cultivating exclusive and long-term relationships with local owners, developers, public and corporate clients.
