NAI Northern California is proud to announce that Nicholas Mowers has joined our team as an investment analyst in the Oakland office. We spoke with him about his experience with NAI NorCal so far:
Why did you choose to join NAI NorCal? What about us attracted you?
I chose NAI NorCal because of its small company feel with big company resources. NAI NorCal gives analysts and advisors the ability to find their specific niche while being able to learn and be supported by upper management.
Why did you get into commercial real estate?
I have always been interested in commercial real estate because it is more business- and number-oriented. I also enjoy the conversations I have with both buyers and sellers to ensure they are happy with their decisions and are informed of all market insights.
How is it going for you so far?
So far my experience at NAI has been great. I feel like I am continuously learning and growing into becoming a successful future investment advisor.
What is different than you expected?
I was able to fly to Seattle with James Kilpatrick’s team to tour a 100-unit apartment complex. This opportunity took me by surprise, and I am so grateful I was able to attend.
