Mark Orga is an intern for NAI Northern California and splits his time between our Oakland and San Francisco offices. After working for multinational financial services companies in the Philippines, Mark decided to pursue his Master’s degree here in the San Francisco Bay area, and began his internship at NAI in May 2014. He is currently trying to learn the best practices of corporate America while working as an intern for the NAI team. He is fluent both in English and Tagalog.

Interning for NAI Northern California equips me with a better understanding of the ever-dynamic San Francisco Bay Area commercial real estate industry. As an intern at NAI, I have the privilege of working for James and his very talented and competent team to ensure that they have access to the most up-to-date CRM leads in order to grow deals and client relationships. I assist the brokers in their transaction due diligences as I learn how to structure effective reports. Lastly, more than the technical skills that I have been acquiring, it is the company’s strive for a high-level degree of excellence, professionalism, and support-system that I will carry with me as I move forward with my career path. And oh, did I mention that they are a fun-loving group of people?
